We moved in and the house was in good condition but since then a few issues have cropped up. This would be fine but when notifying the letting agents of these issues, responses have been minimal. We have had to communicate our problems several times before anyone has returned our calls and have issues from a month ago still not sorted.

Consistently slow to respond to issues. House had so many issues and faults on moving in, including a bedroom covered in black mould which the letting company took over 2 months to fix, and was hence uninhabitable for one of our housemates. Light bulbs not working, desk chairs broken, cracked and broken sofas, damaged curtains and blinds. They also take weeks to do the admin for issues on their end, but expect rapid responses from our side.
