Lougas is an exceptional letting agent. Nothing is any issue and will always have any issues quickly resolved. He’s pleasant, chatty and approachable. You can tell he really cares about his tenants, and loves his job! The properties he offers are kept and maintained to an excellent standard and modern. He regularly communicates any updates to each tenant. Overall an exceptional letting agent who I would recommend to anyone!

Lettings First maintain this property extremely well with issues being sorted in less than 24hrs even if they aren’t major and much of an issue. They are a very friendly letting agency making you feel very much at home, bringing sweet treats around for Christmas. Making clear what my rights are as a tenant and as a human being, if there was any confusion and I didn’t understand they are there to help and solve. Looking through all the letting agency options we had in Plymouth, Lettings first seemed like the best one and there was no mistake made.
