They are good at solving problems quickly and do respond to our complaints. The rent is fair for what we are getting and there aren’t usually a lot of issues.

The house was maintained well, everything worked well enough, but when things have broken or stopped working the problems were sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Everything was clear in the contracts signed and have so far been no problems with that.

SugarHouseProperties have not been the best so far. we’ve had many problems, all of which they have been reluctant to resolve. For example, Leaky ceilings, broken showers, broken tumble dryer, mold. Such problems should be solved with the first report…. not months after the initial communication.

The team worked well to fix any issues, most problems were solved within a few days. There was little communication with us regarding when the repairs would be completed however.

Sugarhouse are quick to solve maintenance problems with and it’s easy to report issues. The team are great at showing you round properties which would be suited to you and helping you find the place for you.

Was cleaned well before we moved in. Initial maintenance inquiries were responded to quickly (with major problems within day, and smaller ones within a week or so). Getting the work actually completed however took longer, and we were often left in the unknown with when/what was being done.

Sugar properties have been very helpful in both the finding of a property and also maintaining communication throughout the tenancy. Viewings were well organised and done quickly. Once we decided on the property they were understanding and helpful with paying of deposits. Throughout the tenancy they communicated well and made sure all was well.
