Fix our issues and have never had anything bad from their side. Cannot complain. Occasionally slow to fix issues but they don’t leave things in a bad state. Fair with rent and understanding people.

The property I have been living in has suffered a few issues this year. Springwell have a good system to upload issues however often issues were not resolved quickly, or at all. However, I believe this could be an issue on the part of the landlord rather than the agent. Besides this, Springwell have been ok, with regular inspections which we are duly notified about.

The house was great when we came to it, they tend to be a bit slow at fixing things in the property such as my shower that took them a few days to come and look at it and then another week to fix it. The house came with all the appliances we needed.
