The house was not maintained as expected and there was no inventory list available. We also had to hand in all of our paperwork prior to moving about 10 times because they seemed to have lost them.

Okay for student housing, but I’ve definitely had smoother experiences with other agents. Not the best at communication but houses are alright.

Choose another agent. Former employee here confirming they are very unprofessional, no care for tenants, the manager always disregards issues and complaints with no intention of helping. Tenants are lied to. There is no wonder they’re struggling for properties. If a landlord is reading this, stay clear of this agency. You may be offered low fees but this comes with a low quality of service. Save yourself the trouble and go with one of the many, good, estate agents in Guildford.

After deciding to live in a property and signing the year long rental agreement with a month of deposit. The house suited our needs. However, through out the year we had numerous issues. A few rooms did not have curtains and after being assured they would be fitted soon, they were not leading to a few tenants buying their own. In addition to this we were assured may rooms would need to be repainted which also took longer than stated. We had an issue where a local crackhead kicked the front door and broke it whilst we were sleeping. This wasn’t fixed for a few weeks which left us in a vulnerable position. The house location and price were very good though and it came furnished with bed, wardrobes and tables in every room.

Absolutely terrible agents – taking advantage of us because we are inexperienced and students. They rented us a house that was in appalling conditions; they promised us everything would be fixed before we moved in but the landlord hadn’t even bothered to clean up after the previous tenants. It was unsanitary at best and almost inhabitable in some places. Calling the agency to complain about this got us nowhere as neither they nor the landlord were co-operative at all. We ended up having to tidy up the place ourselves. Dreadful company , if I could give them 0 stars I would. (also this is not a fake review , yung hanz just isnt my real name ?)
