Student Places – Student Reviews On Letting Agents

When we arrived the house was in good condition, throughout the tenancy, student places were very attentive to any maintenance problems we had. We were given extensive paperwork beforehand and given adequate time to complete this between the tenants. We had a small deposit of £50 which was returned to us at the end of the year. Overall satisfied with the students’ places.

The house was maintained pretty well. we did encounter some problems regarding household appliances which took a very long time to resolve. They were easy to contact. We had no issues with money, deposits or payments.

Student places were quick to fix most issues within the house, often the same day or the next day. The one issue we had was in trying to get the washing machine fixed which took longer than normal. Other than that it’s been great and friendly
