Recently renovated house so really nice and modern, Only a few issues but landlord John always quick to resolve!

The house could have been maintained better! Communication was slow and when we moved in the house wasn’t ready for new tenants.

Sometimes maintenance was dealt with efficiently other times it went neglected and long over due. Communication appeared to be straightforward but sometimes was left with a lack of response. We have yet to receive our deposit but have to fill out a form for our deposit which if not done in a timely manner means the deposit is delayed.
