Sometimes maintenance was dealt with efficiently other times it went neglected and long over due. Communication appeared to be straightforward but sometimes was left with a lack of response. We have yet to receive our deposit but have to fill out a form for our deposit which if not done in a timely manner means the deposit is delayed.
