Signed house quickly it was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’
The house is very old but our landlord is great at fixing any issues we had and the rent is a very reasonable amount- also love the house !
Started our tenancy with a missing wifi box and took 2 months to a new once and they refusing to refund us
The agency found us a good house with a landlord that is responsive and deals with issues quickly. we don’t have much contact with Hyde park Haus anymore
The paperwork that they require to be completed seems over the top in comparison to other agents.
The house was in a pretty poor state when we moved in, the front door didn’t lock and was clear someone had tried to break in previously leading to it sometimes opening by itself, the back garden was a mess and wasn’t able to be used for the whole year, the basement was filled with rubbish from the previous tenants and the whole house was not very clean. We were then informed they don’t deal with any of our issues we had to contact our landlord directly who was pretty useless.
House is amazing, nice location, however issues with keys. Handed the wrong set of keys which did no open the front door so had to return to the agency and get new keys cut. Also not given keys to lock bedroom door but issue was solved next day.
The letting agency were very helpful in the initial stages of signing the house. They were very proactive in helping us view the property and fill in the required paperwork.
However, when we moved into the house we got handed over and our property management ended up with RNL properties (which we were not previously aware of). It seems that Haus hand over lots of tenants to them. Since being managed by RNL our experience has become a lot more frustrating. Maintenance issues have taken a long time to resolve, communication has been slow and difficult. In addition, getting our damage deposit back has been a long process that is taking far longer than it should have.
Haus were extremely helpful however their close contact with RNL property management is something to be aware of as our experience was not actually managed by Haus themselves.
Initially Haus were really helpful with the viewing signing and payments of our house. However once we moved in we were completely handed over to RNL property management who are pretty useless ( took months to fix serious maintenance problems and deposit have still not been returned 4 months after tenancy date). Haus didn’t make it clear to us when we were signing the house that it wouldn’t be them that managed the house once we moved in. We wouldn’t have signed the house if we had known this and I think they are connected to the company so most of their properties get moved over to RNL.
Super helpful with getting us to understand paperwork and signing was simple despite not all members of house being their too sign personally
The house was handed over to us in a great condition & whenever we had issues with anything in the house the form to fill out was super easy & someone would be round within the week with lots of notice. Couldn’t recommend them more
Very helpful with all the forms and made things easy for us. They can be slow to help us fix things.
Were told the house was being renovated over the summer and came back to find it had been poorly done, carpets were coming away from the floors and paint was peeling off the walls. Had repeated issues with the WiFi which were left unresolved so we were forced to do it ourselves, general maintenance is average and everything works well by and large, communication from the letting agency is not always the most helpful
