House was clean and in good condition upon arrival, and regular garden maintenance was carried out throughout the year. We had an issue with our washing machine and tumble dryer, which was resolved within 24 hours. We did not receive our full deposit back which was our only issue, this was debated as they claimed we left rubbish and damaged furniture but we disagreed.

Overall satisfied with Sally Hatchet, they were able to sort out some maintenance problems we had with our washing machine, tumble dryer and hob. The house was in good condition when we arrived and they employed a gardener to maintain the back garden. We were content with the paperwork they provided and had suitable explanations for everything. We did not receive our full deposit back and the reason was because of damage and rubbish left but we disagreed with this.
