Isn’t it illegal for landlords to turn up to your accommodation unannounced? Well, this agency surely doesn’t think so 🙂 ! Most of the times after we have submitted maintenance reports, we do not get a heads-up 24 hours prior (which is a legal requirement) that somebody is going to turn up to our house while we are asleep– isn’t that cool?
So, if you enjoy getting burst in on at random points (again, without any warning!) then this is for sure the letting agent for you!
