1-2 Let – Student Reviews On Letting Agents

Our experience has overall been good. They’ve responded to calls etc quickly, however, we have had quite a lot of maintenance issues with the property and these haven’t been fixed as quick as we’d like at points. However, this wasn’t the fault of 1-2 lets, they were sending contractors out to do jobs but unfortunately we had issues where the contractor was unable to fix the problem and other contractors were required. Overall I would recommend 1-2 lets because they have been very good at keeping us informed and responding to issues.
