Smooth process when signing originally and very attentive throughout the year. Would recommend to other students!

It’s mostly been good, we had some problems with moths that our landlady sorted out. However she also sold the house halfway through the year so the house is owned by different people, even with this there have been little problems. It’s mainly been maintained fairly well.

Were a massive help with finding a house. Really helpful with any queries that we had and always quick to respond. No complaints.

Overall Frampton and Roebuck were good. The house wasn’t in the best state when we first arrived however, they were quick to solve the issues when we mentioned them.

No major problems throughout tenancy, have been easy to contact and were reliable during the process of signing the lease. They provided useful info in regard to bills for our property that was bills excluded.

Frampton and roebuck are fairly decent landlords. They always respond to our emails and follow out maintenance checks when needed.

Overall a great experience with singing for a house, efficient and easy. However I have given it 4 stars just because there were quite a lot of text messages almost everyday reminding me to submit a form and there could have been a few less.

Had a good experience with this letting agent overall. Throughout the year, they were extremely quick to respond and solve any issues we raised as a house, so communication-wise, they were great. Signing the house was a very straightforward process as well. The only real issue encountered was that the house had not been deep cleaned before we moved in, so it was covered in dust, and a food item was left in the fridge. However, once this was raised as an issue, they sent cleaners over straight away to sort this out for us. We received the full deposit back and had no monetary issues. However, I did see the following year that the rent price had dropped by about £50 a week compared to what we had been paying!

Agent responded to issues rapidly. House was maintained in good condition before moving in. Full deposit was received as we kept the house in good condition with no issues.

The letting agent was friendly, responsive, and quick to help with any issues that came up during the tenancy. The move-out process was straightforward, and we received our deposit back in full. Overall, a positive experience and a property I would recommend to future students.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Frampton and Roebuck. One of their biggest strengths was how quickly they responded to maintenance issues and problems that arose in the house. Whenever something needed attention, the team was generally efficient and helpful in arranging repairs, which made living in the property much easier and less stressful. The main downside was that the house was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard when we first moved in, which was disappointing and meant we had to spend some time getting the property ready ourselves. Despite the issue with cleanliness at the start, my overall experience was good. The staff were approachable, communication was straightforward, and maintenance concerns were dealt with promptly. I would recommend Frampton and Roebuck to other Durham University students.
