Good people quite flexible Good landlord all round pretty good

The property was poorly maintained during its vacant summer period before moving in – a lot of mould issues, broken appliances – however these were very swiftly fixed when we contacted the estate agents – they quickly brought dehumidifiers and technicians to solve our issues. The agents are easy to reach during working hours but will only chase solutions if you push them to – for example our house does not have a key for the fire/power alarm panel and so we have unable to disarm the alarm when it has been set off during the night (and it has then been difficult to contact the agents).
