Maintained well by landlord who responded to any issues across the year. Deposit was returned with some deductions.
The initial contact I had with the agency involved collecting the keys for which I was told to pick up at the office. Upon getting there I was then told I should have arranged the pick up with my landlord for whom they had not given me any contact details for. This process taking an hour longer than it should have was not a great start. I had little contact with them during my tenancy other than sending rent. Overall no major issues just some organisational problems on their part.
