We’ve had no issues with digs, gets the job done and always sorts out any issues we’ve raised quickly.

Quick to repair issues such as broken lights, broken locks and faulty toilet flushes without question or complaints. Very helpful with general queries

They were a very efficient and helpful letting agents. The viewing was good and the person gave us all the details that we asked for.

Refused to deal with the mould in the house. Promised a dehumidifier to be dropped off at the house but never heard from them again. Would not recommend.

Uni homes have been pretty easy to use and bills are all sorted which is ideal

Gave us all info required about the household however have limited choices with packages for bills and other costs. When going to view we were limited as most rooms in houses were locked so communication with tenants could be better for students in the coming year.

Very helpful and easy to get a house

There was numerous problems with the property itself when we moved in, even though they had taken deposit and first months rent 2 months previously so they had money to fix these. Bed bugs all over every bed, whole place hadn’t been cleaned, garage door broken so can’t use the back yard or take bins out, washing machine broken, toilet didn’t flush.. We had to report all of these things for them to eventually get sorted but it shouldn’t be that way , it all should have been done before we moved in as it’s basics that you expect not extras or things that had broken whilst we were there.
