Donkey Digs Limited – Student Reviews On Letting Agents

Extremely poor conditions of the house when we first moved – floors were dirty, mould on walls, etc. The oven, dishwasher and freezers didn’t work and it took over a month for Donkey Digs to even reply. When they did reply they were extremely dismissive and snarky. Donkey Digs also messed up the locks on the doors so many of us didn’t have either room keys or house keys. After a while they decided to remove the room keys out of spite. When inquiring about maintenants they would always push us to a partner company (PPM) who they claimed had nothing to do with them however this is entirely untrue as Edward Taylor and David Moss created and run both companies. Overall my and my housemates experience with Donkey Digs has been awful to say the least. The employees of the company are extremely rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone. The only thing I’d recommend is to stay as far away as possible.
