Friendly helpful staff for viewings and renting. Though maintenance needed chasing a lot. Things only got sorted after being followed up a few times, and sometimes sorting things myself. They never fixed the broken bed frame from before I moved in.
The house is in good condition, and they are quick to respond to our queries. They do most of what we ask and are helpful
