Haven’t had any issues with the agency and are relatively quick to respond to issues. Could improve by better coordination between maintenance to provide time frames of when they will be arriving.

The letting agency hired “cleaners” who barely cleaned anything to be honest was introduced to a house with used eluxs under the bed “lovely”. If you have a problem with your house DO NOT count on these wallads to help you at all. My housemate has had mould in her room and they put scaffolding up for a week or two to do nothing to actually prevent it. They skint out on everything, no drier, shit fridge freezers that actually leaked on multiple occasions and a shower that feels like I’m being spat on half the time (kind of like this letting agency have spat on me). Going to my mates gaff is a depressing reminder of how I have been royally shafted as they pay maybe £3 more a week for a significantly better pad. Oh yeah and the washing machine doesn’t FUCKING DRY (ah hell nah).
