House is good value for size and layout but letting agency are slow to respond to maintenance requests. We have had a range of issues from black mould, leaking pipes, damp etc. which were eventually fixed but wasn’t quick. One housemate had to spend 6 weeks sleeping in the living room as a result of mould in her room.

Throughout our tenancy, my household has had a few issues with our property. These include problems with the boiler and the oven breaking. Any issues that we reported to our landlord were always responded to in a timely manner and have been resolved. Since the tenancy is still ongoing, I can’t comment on the returning of our deposits however, I would definitely recommend DEU for an affordable letting agency.
