Dawson Properties Limited Reviews I Student Letting Agents – WhichPad

Dawson Properties is a student letting agency serving students in Northampton. On WhichPad, students can read and share first-hand experiences renting with Dawson Properties, including feedback on communication, maintenance, property condition, and the overall rental process.

Dawson Properties has been on the scene since 1995, originally set up by Rich Dawson; they are an independently run, family-run letting agency. Dawson keeps everything in-house, making them one of the few letting agents that have full control over their portfolio.
