The letting agency was quick to solve problems and the women who helped us personally through the process was very helpful and made sure all stages were completed
Overall, I had a positive experience with Cullen Property. The flat was maintained very well by Cullen, with most areas of the flat being well maintained throughout our tenancy, and whenever I raised a maintenance issue, their team responded quickly to the issue. Furthermore, any questions I had around the flat were quickly answered, in the detail required. At the end of our tenancy, we were happy to receive almost our full deposit back, with only the standard cleaning fee being deducted. At no point in the contract did they break it, allowing us the 28+2 day rule when exiting the flat and always checked with us before offering viewings to applicants when we were leaving.
The only disappointing part of my experience with Cullen Property was with the external plumbers that Cullen used, who failed to properly investigate a persistent leak over several months despite repeated visits. This was only resolved once Cullen Property’s own maintenance team came out and fixed it properly.
Overall, I would say Cullen Property are a good letting agency who you can trust in Edinburgh.
A well maintained property where the agents communicated well and were quick to respond. We experienced a leak in which we received a rebate on rent.
