The University of Warwick has been quick to solve any issues with our flat in the first instance. There have also been many opportunities for socialising organised by the Residential Community team, both within the flat and within Cryfield Village as a whole. The central location makes this accommodation ideal for any course, but it is far from Cannon Park (with supermarkets) for food shops.

The safety team were prompt to arrive when we had a fire alarm and the staff clean the kitchen area nicely. My one complaint would be that the cleaning is at an inconvenient time but it is a good service. My mattress also has a ridge in it that makes it rather uncomfortable. Otherwise, very good living area

Really lovely accommodation, kitchen is very clean and ensuite bathroom is very high quality. Cinema room and other communal areas are a lovely bonus to have and great for socialising. Issues with my door lock, that I didnt even realise existed were resolved immediately which was very pleasing. Great overall.

The flat was maintained relatively well and problems were responded to fairly quickly. However, while being attended to, these problems were not always fixed and often they became a recurring problem. Some things we were told were not able to be sorted, such as faulty taps and a fridge that frequently stopped the fire door to the kitchen from shutting. Overall the accommodation quality and location was mostly sufficient for the price although some things require improvement.

Really lovely accommodation, clean, quiet, and running well. Very near all on campus utilities and near the library too.

Overall very good experience. When kitchen items broke, they were speedy with a response and alternative. Rooms were clean and in good order with some scuffs on wall but they were happy to fix. Light broke and it took a few days to repair but that was over a weekend. Very good service.

Everything was very well explained in the contract and information was very easy to access when needed. The freezers were slightly dodgy and didn’t get properly fixed all the time. However, on the whole, most maintenance requests were tended to very quickly. The cleaning service was very good and the rooms were very nice.

The en-suite rooms are well designed with good study space and storage, while the shared kitchen and living area create a sociable atmosphere with flatmates. Located in Cryfield Village, it’s only a short walk from central campus, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to live.

Clear communication with the letting team when issues arose and they reimbursed for any problems affecting my experience.

Have had a good experience of this accommodation, with a very good and spacious kitchen. The room is slightly small, but well maintained and comfortable. The location is nice, close to campus but also slightly further away to allow it to be quiet

Quite expensive but does include all bills and regular cleaning of communal areas. Some halls require you to move out over Easter which is a pain. Overall was fairly good, with everything clean and new.

Maintained well by the letting company and were very responsive when problems did arise. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation.

Maintained well by the letting agency, cleaned regularly and in good condition when I arrived. However they could be quicker at fixing appliances and features when they break.
