The letting agency provided standard service with no major issues. While there were no standout positives, there were also no significant negative experiences to report. Overall, the rental process was satisfactory.

The letting agency was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff made the process of finding and renting a property incredibly easy and stress-free. I felt like they truly cared about finding the right property for me, and their level of communication and responsiveness was outstanding.

Okay letters, property was in decent nick when we arrived. Still minor problems arise when trying to contact them

The contract was fairly clear. They sort out issues in a reasonable amount of time e.g. a plumbing issue we had. Waiting to see if we get our deposit back.

Flat was decently maintained apart from some mould issues. They’re largely responsive to other problems.

The property was clean and well-maintained. Overall a really good company that helps us quickly and efficiently with problems with the property. There was a slight problem with the heating but that was resolved.

Great letting agency and great accommodation for second year, ideally located and not to far from the uni, with many bus stops nearby.

The accommodation offered is in a great location in central leamington which is perfect for uni students as it’s close to bus stops, bars, pubs and clubs.

They are good at letting the estate agent know about problems but don’t chase them down on behalf of the tenets

Sandhu estates is bad. They fail to provide much support at all with our landlord who can be very difficult at times. The property they advertised said that they would replace the windows, this never happened and we have to put up with single paned rotting windows costing us a fortune in energy bills. They said that the property was cleaned before we moved in (it wasn’t) along with whole bunch of other issue which they have failed to rectify

Not had any problems with this letting agency, they’ve been understanding at every step and appreciated the difficulties of being a student. Also polite over the phone whenever we call, and made the whole situation seamless.

Can be slow to reply but if you hassle them enough they will sort it.
