“They were very quick with communication when we were looking to find our house last year, however since moving in they have been much less helpful, eg. not always letting us know when we have viewings and getting viewings mixed up. However they are certainly not the worst student housing letting agents in Leamington. “
Nice facilities and big rooms. However, not so sound proof between the rooms, and the kitchen is without a dishwasher. Had the best neighbor though, Paddy for the win🤘🏻🫶🏼
Good communication from the letting agent and landlady, I would fully recommend them.
Over the course of the past few months, several problems with our property came up, but the letting agent have always been supportive with the issues and have helped us communicate with the landlord to resolve them.
Kept very clean – only complaint is it’s quite expensive but is very convenient for uni.
