People were friendly.

We secured a house easily with them last year. The people are friendly and willing to help. However we have had a few issues regarding the house and emailed them but they don’t respond with the information you need.

We have had a few issues with our maintenance and wifi, with some issues still lasting from September 2022. Sometimes people will turn up unannounced, which we have emailed asking them to stop multiple times as it breaks our contract. Other than this, we love our flat and location.

Good at resolving issues however receptionist is very rude.

Lived with them for 2 years, the nicest houses on student markets i believe and great prices and location.

Decent, no complaints

Although the letting agency was able to find a suitable rental property for me, the process was marred by some unresponsiveness and a lack of transparency regarding fees and charges. While I was eventually able to get the information I needed, the experience left me feeling somewhat frustrated.

Great location and rooms

Really good accommodation option and especially good given the cheap price. Rooms are the largest on campus and the walk to campus is short for most students. Great proximity to the hockey pitch, tennis centre and athletics track too Overall would highly recommend

Had to share with too many people for such a small kitchen space that only had 1 fridge and freezer. Design of rooms is not the nicest with a green wall and a dingy carpet.

Very nice accommodation. I like how it’s out of they way of central campus so is a quiet area. Rooms are nice with enough space. The large kitchen is what I like most as i can socialise a lot in there

The process of letting the house was very quick but they often take a while to respond and react to broken things on the house such as the oven and the shower

Decent service – fix all problems but sometimes take some time.

Friendly customer service and quick to respond on phone or by email. However they essentially take the role of landlord yet are completely hands off to any maintenance. Anything broken we were told to fix ourselves or were told they would fix but would never send anyone to actually fix. We had a severe black mould issue at the property and all we were told was to open trickle vents, which hardly helped the issue.
