The agent is fairly good at organising contracts and were great when we collected our keys. The only issue we’ve had has been they are quite slow with maintenance, with one fairly major issue in particular taking almost 2 months to sort.

The agency had to keep the estate in a nice state and keep the moving-in process swift. Not many issues require the need of maintenance to give a proper review however they do deal with issues within a period. The company communicate regularly through emails but does call on emergencies. So far had no major issues with the company. However, they don’t have any plans with payments which match students.
