My letting agent are quick to solve problems and have been very good at replying to emails, they have also fixed everything we have had problems with. However, the property was not in the best condition when we got it.

College and county are very helpful, always providing information when needed and they are very swift to set up communication between tenet and themselves. They also are very proactive to help fix issues going on within the home. Within the same week I reported an issue with a leak in my house they emailed me back and set up a date where a contractor would come and take a look at it. All the staff are very warm and welcoming and no question felt like a silly one.

Fair good. Have asked for the front door look to be fixed and it hasn’t yet despite then knowing. The property was maintained over the summer and was nice when we moved in

Our house was in perfect condition when moving in. A clear list of inventory was provided, everything was clean and lengths were taken to ensure the property was still being improved whilst living there. The contract was clear and rights were listed and reminded.

House was given over to us in a nice and clean state, there was no contact with the landlord but only through the agency and the steps were made very clear and easy to understand and keep track of. So far there have been no problems with the house.
