After having used other letting agents in Cardiff such as CPS and Horizon (who were awful), The Living Room is a breath of fresh air. Every step has been easy and well communicated, and having direct contact with our landlord has been great. We have been with them for 2 years and I would thoroughly recommend letting with them.
