we’ve been with them twice and wouldn’t change a thing. The houses are perfect and if there’s ever any issues they’re round straight away. PPP were also great during COVID-19. Couldn’t thank them enough!

CPS have put forward a great university property that has been really fun to live in. Having been recently refurbished me and my housemates have had little to no issues with the house which has been ideal. I would recommend CPS based on my individual experience.

We’ve lived in our house for two years. Its been great. Before we moved in there was issues and over the first year they had gone and sorted everything out for us. If there’s any issues we give CPS an email and they swiftly respond and help us out! We haven’t had any major problems and everything is well looked after. Our landlord knows everything that happens through CPS.

Great idea for a company – I know so many people who this could have helped in the past. Really would recommend!

Personally I have had a good experience with CPS. The house is perfect, best student house I’ve ever seen! They can be slow to sort issues but never had an urgent issue so can’t speak for that!

I’ve personally never had any issues renting from CPS. The house it’s self is very nice, one of the nicest uni houses I’ve seen. They can be a bit slow to sort out issues but we’ve never had an urgent issue. I have heard from others that they are terrible but from my experience they are perfectly fine!

I rented with CPS in my Second year at University and it was not as bad as we were expecting but not great either. We had a massive mould problem in the house that was never fixed, we were just told to “open the windows” and it did take them AGES to sort any form of maintenece issue (we were without a washing machine for 5 weeks…). However, they did give notice before any viewings and there was no issue getting out deposit back which i know is something they are renound for being poor at.
