everything was smooth moving in the house itself has all correct safety procedures and came furnished. Our landlord is very quick to respond and deals with any issues we face

Very time consuming application but have had a few problems with the property that were flagged to the landlord many months too late

They are great at communicating

They are great at communicating any visits or updates to maintenance problems, and they have the best interests of their tenants at heart.

Very quick at coming out to fix issues. However I think it’s very expensive for what we get

Was very expensive but fairly nice place and good location. Some things were broken but landlady was pretty good at getting things fixed. Still no door handles on a couple of the rooms though. And shower leaks into downstairs flat.

Pretty slow to respond to issues such as the bathroom roof falling in, 10 of us were showering in one small bathroom for 2 weeks.

Helpful and reliable when dealing with issues in the property. Super patient and open to answering questions or concerns. Perfect for 2nd year students moving from halls to a shared house/flat.

Really friendly staff. Really flexible and good with communications. Really supports of use new students.

Lettings angels have been good and have sorted any issues we had

Although my initial impressions weren’t great, Unite Students has ultimately proved to be good.

“We’ve had a very conflicting year with 2let2. As expected we’ve had many issues with our university home. The worst thing about 2let2 has been their communication. We went 2 months without hot water in our kitchen (1 month in December and another in February) with very poor communication from 2let2 meaning we didn’t know when the issue would be sorted and we were left in the dark. We have also encountered a variety of employees. Some have been very helpful and others have been a bit rude and patronising. It’s safe to say we’re all avoiding 2let2 in the future. However not everything has been their fault alone and probably extends to the land lord and maintenance workers and we can appreciate this but we have not enjoyed using them as our agency. “
