We’ve had a great experience with Broomhill Property Shop. As second-year uni students, we were looking for a nice house for next year and the whole process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. The team were really friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. They made viewing the property easy and explained everything clearly when it came to signing the contract, which made the process a lot less stressful. We’ve ended up signing for a really nice house that we’re all excited to move into next year. It’s in a great location and exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, a really positive experience and we’d definitely recommend Broomhill Property Shop to other students looking for housing in Sheffield.

House was very well maintained and problems were quick to be solved. No issues with getting back deposits.

Good welcome, gave us a very informative welcome pack and a bottle of prosecco with key collection. Nice and tidy house, but not the quickest at dealing with issues.

The house had been cleaned when we moved it, although some places were still grubby. The landlord was who were spoke to regarding any problems and they were very quick in helping us solve problems. They didn’t require a deposit, but we ended up paying some cleaning fees, however they were minimal.
