Both the agency and the landlords were great, inspected our house for problems regularly and fixed any issues we had quickly. The landlord have handy skills so any problems that arose, such as our washing machine breaking, they came round and fixed themselves instead of having to wait for a company to send someone out. The letting agency, broad court, was also very helpful, and we got our deposit back in full really quick. Before moving in, the previous tenants left the house in a state, so the landlords replaced the broken furniture and burnt carpet so we didn’t have to live with that, and the agency sent cleaners out to tidy the house prior to us moving in. Overall, living in this house in 2nd year was a pleasure.

The house is decent but not worth the price given the distance from uni and in comparison to other student houses around the same price range. Suitable student furniture like desks was not provided and had to buy our own or call external companies to fix exterior like windows.

Overall the house was fine but had a few major problems with plumbing and electricity. The house was not professionally cleaned at the start of the year and are very slow on maintenance work.

This agency were excellent in the search for a house, providing a detailed list of properties that met our price and space requirements, and have been perfect ever since.

The house weve rented has been great consistently and any issues that have come up have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. They are good about always giving us at least 24 hours notice for viewings for the tenants for the coming year and any maintenance requests we have are dealt with in the way we ask for it to be. Though they were slow to deal with a couple of issues, due to the fact that their agency is on the main road we were able to go in and follow up on emails and they gave us clarity there and then. Ultimately, they are a letting agency so they have their faults but it has been significantly easier than all the horror stories I’ve heard from other people!
