Not entirely sure if the house was checked before entering as some of previous tenants items were still in place. Easy enough to get hold of when reporting issues and pretty quick to sort them. friendly, nothing of note to complain about

Landlord wasn’t the easiest to deal with and kind of got annoyed at us sometimes for nothing we did really. House was decent though apart from some mould around a few windows.

The house was in pretty good condition but wasnt the nicest one out of my friends. Had some small issues like the boiler breaking but they were normally fixed fairly soon and communication with them was ok.

Year started off pretty shaky with frequent hot water outages, blocked sinks and a silver fish infestation. Except for the silver fish, all maintenance issues were solved within 24hrs. The only bad thing about the rooms is the ventilation system in the bath room which is ridiculously loud and turns on automatically and doesn’t turn off for around 30-40 minutes after leaving the bathroom
