Our house, whilst clearly isn’t meant for 9 people, has been a success this year. Rightmove have been somewhat efficient at sorting out any issues that we have had. Despite this we have still struggled with mould and other issues which seem more deep rooted than just a simple fix by a worker. They are pretty available but their office isn’t always friendly and can be a bit hostile.
