Only been living here a few weeks, but they’ve been pretty good so far. Getting the keys and moving in was easy, and theres loads of furniture included (flat of 4 given 8 chairs). But, the walls were in a state and there were some things broken. My flatmate didn’t have a desk chair and its taken them 3 weeks to get her one.

Very easy to contact and we’re fast to reply. The occasional email from automated systems that should not have been sent but overall very happy with them.

It’s a good agency, and provided a decent service for the customers.
