Flatline are a dependant university service which we have used throughout this year. They consistently reply to our concerns which is really just what you want from your provider. We’ve had an enjoyable year in the house and that’s massively down to them. Great service. Would use again.

Flatline have been a great use to us this year and will be missed next year. They are generally really receptive and have helped us with queries at the property this year which is all I could ask for.
My experience has been pretty shocking, forced me to fly back from year abroad to do a photo copy of a passport, cost me 100 quid to come back and forth for something that could have been done over call or a week later when I told them I was coming back anyways

Was heavily displeased with flatline, were not helpful whatsoever and very non-accommodating to certain problems out of our control we faced as a group
We’ve had no issues with digs, gets the job done and always sorts out any issues we’ve raised quickly.
Quick to repair issues such as broken lights, broken locks and faulty toilet flushes without question or complaints. Very helpful with general queries
Landlord was really nice to us and was easy to contact and sort stuff with, which made our experience so much better when we had issues or whatever. Recommend.
Not much too say really, have heard some horror stories in the past few years about some student letting agencies but Student Lets was really good for our house.
Heard that some of my friends have had major issues with the SU but for our house they’ve done a good job and can’t say there was anything really wrong all year long.
Totally 5 stars. Really really good landlord.
Got the house finalised early on in November last year and haven’t had any problems since. Good contact with a friendly landlord and a nice house for uni.
Literally had no problems with them all year and everything worked well the whole time when dealing with them.
Was pretty good at dealing with students, we didn’t have any major issues like I’ve heard of some people having, so good company.

Very helpful, made it a quick process
When we moved in the house was a literal tip and they offered no compensation. We couldn’t access the garden because of the amount of rubbish in it.
Helpful with accommodating needs i.e. when tenant documents are delayed, they allowed extra time to fulfil this. Useful reminder emails to ensure contract was completed smoothly.
Been a smooth process with flat line. Bit awkward signing lease but don’t think that’s their fault it’s just been a difficult process as I didn’t have my passport with me at uni

When I first heard about flatline I heard negative things. But from my experience they have been nothing but great. With any issue we have had they have been very responsive and we would get someone to come round to help with the issue quickly.
They have been really helpful with fixing stuff around the house and coming to help out when we need.
They have been a good letting agency as when my house have needed to contact them they have been responsive.
Flatline has been very prompt with all maintenance requirements. Upon moving in, the house was very clean and all appliances were working and efficient. However, as the term goes on and assumingly more maintenance complaints are submitted the service does become slower. Also, there are problems in many rooms with mould and there has been no maintenance to resolve these issues.
Flatline have been helpful with some stuff around the house. But when messaging them about mould in the bathrooms (which aren’t very well ventilated) they weren’t helpful and just told us to put the heating on more which is difficult as students in the cost of living crisis.
I’m glad my house went with flatline as they have been so great in helping out with things all over the house, quick at responding to maintenance requests and overall really good.
Flatline have been both good and bad. Helpful with all of the maintenance requests but when reporting issues with mould they did not help out and said it was our fault.
They had clear communication through the letting process making it as stress free as possible

I’d initially heard bad things about Flatline when we first moved in but have since been proved otherwise. Any time we’ve had some kind of issue in terms of maintenance or double checking something – they’ve been very helpful. Any maintenance issues are always solved in a matter of days (2-3)z

Flatline were really helpful when I got my flat, I managed to get a viewing when it was convenient and they were very helpful at the viewing and in the process of signing the tenancy agreements. I would recommend them to other students.
