CJ Hole Bristol – Student Reviews On Letting Agents

Took too long to sort issues but quite relaxed and reliable. They began our tenancy promptly fixing problems but became less and less efficient the longer our tenancy went on.

This flat was rented by CJ Hole but then managed privately by the landlord. CJ Hole were very helpful as I wasn’t able to get down to Bristol to view the property so they arranged a virtual viewing. They were also very responsive over the phone and assisted with some very specific requests (pet + mature student). Overall I would recommend them to anyone.

Decent overall, clean rooms and kitchens, can get noisy being in the centre. Cleaners come weekly/every fortnight which is good. Reception is helpful most of the time

Bit of a walk to university but good quality of rooms. Close to shops and the station. Very good for first year students

Good accommodation for new students, good size of rooms and kitchens. Less social than other accommodations but still very fun. Close to university and town centre.

The house was in pretty good condition but wasnt the nicest one out of my friends. Had some small issues like the boiler breaking but they were normally fixed fairly soon and communication with them was ok.

Year started off pretty shaky with frequent hot water outages, blocked sinks and a silver fish infestation. Except for the silver fish, all maintenance issues were solved within 24hrs. The only bad thing about the rooms is the ventilation system in the bath room which is ridiculously loud and turns on automatically and doesn’t turn off for around 30-40 minutes after leaving the bathroom

landlord was really professional and so easy to communicate with all year. 10/10

After talking to friends who all let from different letting agents, got the impression that ours is neither amazing or terrible. Everything got done all year but could have been a bit quicker and easier to deal with in general.

Literally perfect. Nothing else needs to be said.
