Did not mention in contract that they would be responsible for our bills and that they were grouped together with the flat below and divided by square metre. When we complained and refused to pay these bills because they were not in our contact, they threatened to leave us a bad reference for applying for future rent. When my window broke they did not take action for 2 weeks in October (as the cold was approaching) so I had to fix it myself. My flatmate was forced to live with serious damp in her room (as measured by the council) and then when inspected three months after initial complaints (as winter was ending), was told that the damp was not bad enough to need any amends. The same damp that was giving two of my flatmates rashes when they spent too much time in their bedrooms. When someone came to address an issue with our kitchen sink they turned off all the running water in our house for three hours without informing us before. When turning it on again to see if it had fixed yet, it flooded underneath our sink ,in which all this water seeped through a large crack in the floor onto my bed in the room below. Although the sink issue was resolved, the agency did not seem to care about the crack in the floor so if this flooding ever reoccurs I will face the same
