They refused to fix broken appliances and ignored our emails.
Not perfect but they sorted most things for us quickly and it was a good price for our house so overall its a pretty good company.
Got a house really easily with them, they email you houses on your uni email when they come up and you can go look and seal the deal really quick. Highly recommend.
Fairly well organised by letters from the landlord. Landlord did arrive without warning a few times which we thought was a bit odd and not cool.
As far as my experience compares to friends, think I’ve had a decent one with everything running fairly smoothly all year.
Very happy with who me and my friends letted of this year. Encountered the same sort of small issues that most uni houses run into but got them fixed quickly in all cases which was really good.
House is really close to uni and everything works and don’t think we’ve had one issue all year.
House had been renovated over the summer so was in really good condition when we moved in and landlord responded really quickly whenever we had any problems with stuff. Have rented from them again for next year.
House leaked quite a few times in the winter when it was raining which wasn’t great. In all fairness the landlord got things sorted and fixed pretty quick but wasn’t really ideal. Ok house though.
Landlord was really nice to us and was easy to contact and sort stuff with, which made our experience so much better when we had issues or whatever. Recommend.
Not much too say really, have heard some horror stories in the past few years about some student letting agencies but Student Lets was really good for our house.
Heard that some of my friends have had major issues with the SU but for our house they’ve done a good job and can’t say there was anything really wrong all year long.
Totally 5 stars. Really really good landlord.
Got the house finalised early on in November last year and haven’t had any problems since. Good contact with a friendly landlord and a nice house for uni.
Literally had no problems with them all year and everything worked well the whole time when dealing with them.
Was pretty good at dealing with students, we didn’t have any major issues like I’ve heard of some people having, so good company.

I was in hiatt baker and the halls are very good overall. The one I was in was quite new with a good size room and a large shared kitchen. Any repairs were made very quickly and a cleaner came once a week so the communal area was normally quite clean. Definitely recommend all north village halls especially if you are doing sport at coombe dingle.
Good landlord, quick on repairs and responding to messages
really good landlord, few issues with not giving notice about coming in the house, but in general a good landlord
in general a pretty good landlord, any issues we’ve had he’s got sorted pretty quick
really good landlord, no complaints
Decent overall, clean rooms and kitchens, can get noisy being in the centre. Cleaners come weekly/every fortnight which is good. Reception is helpful most of the time
Bit of a walk to university but good quality of rooms. Close to shops and the station. Very good for first year students
Good accommodation for new students, good size of rooms and kitchens. Less social than other accommodations but still very fun. Close to university and town centre.
Good views of the city from a high floor, close to everything with good nightlife. Can get noisy with the buses and general public, but with good quiet spaces for study and socialising
Clean rooms, although kitchen in my flat is quite small. Cleaners are inconsistent with when they come, but do a good job when they do. Good for socializing and going out, but is very noisy especially at weekends.
Can be very noisy thanks to main roads surrounding the accommodation, but is generally clean and well-maintained. Close to other accommodations in the centre, but getting to North Village can be hard.
Its close to the uni and placement positions, but can feel quite institutionalized sometimes. Still has comfy beds, a good workspace, and space for all my things
Its an alright accommodation, can be very noisy thanks to the bus lane, but is cleaned quite regularly and the people arent too noisy themselves. Rooms are big enough and the kitchen areas are fine too
The uni accom is alright. Not that big of an issue with it…
Any time we had questions or needed anything they were easy to contact and quick to resolve issues. Solid agents
