Bristol Property Centre – Student Reviews on Letting Agent

I’m really enjoying the house I’m currently renting through Bristol Property Centre – the property itself is very good and suits my needs well. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience. The only downside is that responses and repairs can sometimes take a while. However, most issues do eventually get sorted. With a bit quicker communication and maintenance turnaround, the service would be even better.

Always happy to fix things and address issues but sometimes it took them quite a while to sort it out. Very easy to deal with at the start and end of the tenancy. Responded pretty quickly to more urgent issues such as a roof leak.

Solid fair landlords. Quick to solve maintenance issues and easy to contact. Understanding about use of student loans to pay rent.

Bristol Property Centre are excellent. They have looked after the house very well

BPC are always helpful and send someone quickly to fix any problems that come up

BPC have been helpful and kept the house in good shape. If we have an issue, they always send people out to fix it quickly
