Whilst the house itself wasn’t in the best condition, any issues got resolved quickly, normally same day and we got our full deposit back. Our property manager was very nice and helpful.

The house is well maintained and tenants are very good if a job is needing to be done. You can report a job needing to be done and it will be done within 2 days.

All a very smooth and well explained process when securing the house. Very quick at responding to and fixing issues throughout the year as well with no complaints. However we had quite a lot of fees detracted from our deposit for cleaning, even though we did clean the house before leaving and it clearly hasn’t been professionally cleaned when we moved in. They were thankfully open for reconsideration and lower the fees eventually. Overall thoroughly recommend, just make sure you take pictures of everything when you move in!

The property is maintained relatively well by the agent. When we have an issue with an appliance/ somethings broken they do tend to reply and send someone out quite quickly. However they don’t have the best system with telling us when someone is coming. Multiple times we have woken up to someone drilling for example with no awareness they were coming. And it doesn’t appear obvious how to find the details of the company being sent to fix something. However they are quick with sending out someone initially.

The house is well maintained and the response to any issues is very quick. Overall Antjam have been reliable and approachable hosts. Would recommend.

Very helpful and friendly and great communication. Had a leak and they were there to fix it within the hour.

They have been very quick at fixing problems we have identified, but when we moved in there were a lot of issues and broke things which weren’t proactively fixed.

Problems were solved pretty quickly- there were only a few cases where it took a couple of weeks for things to get fixed. The contract was very clear with our rights as tenants, and if we complained about something being wrong, they did amend it, even if it did take quite a while.

Landlord wasn’t the easiest to deal with and kind of got annoyed at us sometimes for nothing we did really. House was decent though apart from some mould around a few windows.
