Not at all helpful for the amount of agency fees paid (£1000+). It took them months to even return my calls. The contracts are binding, so you are unable to pass on your contract to a replacement tenant if any problems arise within the house. From my experience I paid close to £3000 in rent for a house that I did not live in for 8 months and ended up commuting from home. Please avoid at all costs!

This was an awful experience from beginning to end the house was like a shack, mould everywhere, most things were broken, “furniture” consists of unusable and disgusting items. Only given one star as you can’t give none.
