The house was in a very good location. We had a few problems with the agency when one of our housemates was very threatening and absolutely trashed his room, the agency claimed it was our responsibility and that we had to ensure his room was up to standard to maintain our full deposit. The house was very clean in terms of damp/mould, however we had storage heaters and an immersion tank which meant that our bills were more expensive than they could have been.

The house was in a good location and in good condition this agency was alright nothing to right home about.
