Uni homes have been pretty easy to use and bills are all sorted which is ideal
The staff at the office are always on hand to get things done. The house itself is gorgeous its a shame its so far from town. If i could rent with uni homes again I would.
Good service – the university is quick to respond to any problems and are quick to resolve any issues. The house itself wasn’t very homely but it was liveable and it was nice to have somewhere to live during the summer unlike halls which ended at the June.
Good house in a good location have not had many real problems to write about to be fair Unihomes just left us to get on with it.
Fairly happy with my accomodation the rooms could be a bit bigger but overall I’m satisfied with the house.
Initially did not get halls in the summer however the University put me in with their University homes. I have been happy with my house and the way it has been managed. The only issue I have with the house is the location of it which is up the hill behind Mithras house.
