When we moved in on the first day, there was a water logged poo in the upstairs toilet nothing had been cleaned. A maintenance man was there for the first 2 weeks of our tenancy. The back door does not shut and the front door is rotten. They were really rude and derogatory towards us when we complained. I would make sure you never use 01 lettings.

Prior to moving in I was informed that the house would be renevated, upon arriving the room still had mold. It was over 2 weeks until the issue was resolved, and even then the mold was still observable. We frequently had to have maintenance come around to fix various things: shower, front door. There was one time when potential tenants came around to visit the house, and they commented upon the mold issue; and the person showing them around the house went to open the back door and the key snapped… When we left the house there was issues with getting the deposit back saying the house needed to be professionally cleaned, which we managed to get back in the end. Overall the agency was poor in punctuallity, the housing quality was not up to a reasonable standard, and promises about the house being cleaned prior to arriving were broken.
