Bridgfords Durham Reviews I Student Letting Agents – WhichPad

The house wasn’t cleaned when I moved in. Lots of things were broken such as missing panels, broken shower, 2 broken toilets, sink off wall. As instructed, I reported all these issues at the start of the year, which were never even addressed. Then Rise gave over the property/ merged with Bridgfords, where we were given very little correspondence. We do not even know the name of our Landlord or a maintenance number. I have dealt with the electrical and water issues in our house myself.

Our house wasn’t in great condition when we moved in, lots of paint splats and marks which we will 100% be charged for as he’s tried to tell us it’s on us to clean them! Use a third party maintenance company who have been rude (Selly) so many times and told one of our housemates it was her problem that mould in the house triggered her asthma. Some replies from the landlord can be quite blunt and we are not told a lot of information about the contract etc promptly.
