The house wasn’t cleaned when I moved in. Lots of things were broken such as missing panels, broken shower, 2 broken toilets, sink off wall. As instructed, I reported all these issues at the start of the year, which were never even addressed. Then Rise gave over the property/ merged with Bridgfords, where we were given very little correspondence. We do not even know the name of our Landlord or a maintenance number. I have dealt with the electrical and water issues in our house myself.
