BRIC Living Reviews – Student On Letting Agents

Currently renting with BRICKWORKS properties. We were fully briefed with the contract and tenancy details. The BW team are always available and nearby if there are any problems that need sorting. We have had a couple issues, however have been resolved quickly. The house is very modern and spacious, really enjoying living here!

Poor upon arrival on move in. No keys ready & property was not clean and did not have bins, microwave, hoover etc. Since they have been good and are quick at fixing things.

The letting agent are very proficient with the inoculation contract signing and deposit sending to ensure we secure the property, but enough time to go through the contract thoroughly. When we report problems they are usually very quick and understanding to come and fix the issue. The property has been maintained in a good manner and we haven’t had any big issues since moving here.

we rent our house for a very reasonable price for what we get. Whenever we have maintenance issues they are so quick to help resolve eg. same day/next day. we find them easy to communicate with.

BRIC have been good at answering any of our requests regarding heating etc. the only thing I would say is last year we were with luxury student homes paying the same amount but last year had uncapped bills and a cleaner.

BRIC living are always quick to resolve issues. They have an easy system for us to voice our concerns. All of their houses create a nice homely environment, Yes, I was aware of my rights as a tenant, they made this very clear.

The house is lovely and maintenance is very efficient.

Not too sure where to leave a review but I just wanted to shout out Laura from the Lincoln Bric branch as she helped me find someone to overtake my contract!! Throughout the whole ordeal all she had for me was helpful advice and comforting words as I was going through a tough time as it was, Laura was an excellent help and found someone to overtake my contract so I no longer had to live in the house. I was so lucky to have Laura on my side through everything and I’m so thankful for her!! x

The house was nicely set out for a student house, however extremely thin walls. The nicest maintenance staff who were always friendly to chat too. Major lack of communication with the office for things such as; rent installments being lost, not being told about house viewings, issues not being resolved, but being marked as resolved, etc. Fair price for 2022/2023, however, price has gone up this year and do not think it is now fair. Was very quick in handling our rat issue. Not sure how fair they will be with deposit handling, however. Do not get the impression they will be fair however
