The letting agency were really good at keeping us informed and up to date with things whilst we were looking at the house and signing the contract. We were a bit confused with how much the rent was at first, but this wasn’t really on them. The only annoying part has been our landlord as he doesn’t seem to respond very quickly to our messages or at all but this isn’t a reflection on the letting agency i suppose. 🙂
The house is in amazing condition and the landlord fixes any issues in a timely manner.
Bourne can be a bit tricky to set up/change a tenant as we experienced from year 1 to 2 of our tenancy
Although, they were very good at conveying our rights, the new bill etc
The letting agency was patient with us as we were unsure about the price of the house. They helped us negotiate to an 11-month contract which fit better with our budget. Kathryn was very helpful.
