This has great service and communication, really made it very easy to get my first house sorted. Would reccomend.

We had a few issues with the house when we moved in but they were quickly fixed.They have been very good with sorting problems with the house in a timely manner. I have resigned with the same landlord in a different house because I thought he was a good landlord and I trusted him – he also allowed me to carry over my deposit which was very helpful

Unipads sent us out contract online very quickly and conveniently- they didn’t push the landlord to be available/ ready to fix things but cant complain too much

I’ve had a good experience, with a very attentive landlord. The house is a bit expensive but I am definitely paying for quality! I have enjoyed living in Selly Oak this year, except for the bins. I really like my housemates and it’s been great living with my friends!

Gets things done but takes a while to do it. Took 5 months to remove the scaffolding from the front of the house

all maintained issues get sorted the day or day after we have brought it up to the landlord which is excellent and super efficient
