House was in good condition when we moved in. Any issues solved very quickly including larger issues such as broken boiler/lights. Helpful with contracts and payments, nice people

Oakmans have been decent at responding to issues, however we have had a continued issue concerning our windows which took them 4 months to sort out. Lots of our appliances have been faulty or short circuiting, with mould being a constant problem in our house.

The house we rented from Oakmans was maintained fairly well. They did respond to all of our maintenance requests, however it sometimes took a few requests or a few weeks. The process of signing contracts etc was very simple and easy. We did receive our full deposit back very soon after we moved out.
